This talk goes into what //go:embed is, but more importantly, how it works under the hood so you can make informed decisions when shipping embedded assets to production. Ainsley specialises in Go, scalable backend systems and modern front-end designs. He's a regular voice in the community and leads workshops that take engineers from fundamentals to production-ready code. With a background in full-stack development, Ainsley is passionate about using Go beyond traditional backends, including for frontends and web applications. He also runs ainsley.dev, a web development and design company where he builds bespoke websites and APIs. 🎙️ Daniela Petruzalek - Senior Developer Relations Engineer at Google A Tale of 3 Agents: How to Build AI Agents in Go In this talk, we will explore three distinct approaches to building AI agents in Go: starting from scratch with low-level GenAI SDKs, leveraging Genkit for medium abstraction with flows and prompts, and using the high-level Agent Development Kit (ADK) for full-featured multi-agent systems. We will also cover setting up a local development environment and deploying agents to Google Cloud or other cloud platforms. By the end of this session, you will have the foundation to design and build your own custom AI agents. Daniela is a Senior Developer Relations Engineer at Google based in London, specialising in Go, Cloud infrastructure, and AI engineering tools. With over two decades of experience across software engineering and system architecture, Daniela focuses on building reliable, high-performance backends and helping developers navigate modern cloud-native ecosystems. She is a former Google Developer Expert (GDE) for Go and GCP and an active open-source author and speaker in the global Go community.
