A gentle afternoon to slow down, create and connect. We’ll explore intuitive art, a process-led way of painting where there’s no “right” outcome, no artistic experience needed, and you simply follow the colours, shapes and marks that feel good to you. Alongside painting, we’ll open up conversations around PCOS, everyday wellbeing and the importance of finding your support system. Come to learn a little, meet women who get it, make something with your hands, and give yourself a few hours to pause, reconnect and feel a little lighter. Bring your lunches, snacks, water, it’ll be a fun house party (because now weather is uncertain for a picnic) 🌸
