Overview: On Thursday, August 20th, we'll be heading to Saunos London (@saunos_ldn on Instagram) for a private sauna and cold dip. Saunos London is a floating sauna on a converted boat near Angel, North London, and we'll have the whole boat to ourselves! Time: 8:15pm meet for an 8:30pm start in the Sauna. We'll have the place until 9:45 (including changing time at the end), but the owner has said we can stay longer if no one books in after us. There's a chance for an optional pub visit afterwards too! Location: Packington Bridge, N1 7JL. When you get to the gate, buzz Saunos and they'll let you through the gate, and then walk down to the boat which is almost at the end. What you need to bring: 1. Swimwear 2. A small towel to sit on in the sauna 3. Water bottle for hydration (tap to refill on site) 4. A large towel or robe for changing 5. Clothes to change into afterwards Pub afterwards is optional, but highly recommended
