The question for this walk: why do AI rollouts stall after the pilot? Most of us have watched something work in a pilot and then run into trouble. Bring one you're wrestling with. We walk in pairs and small groups, and I'll mix people up once or twice along the way so you get a proper conversation with three or four people.
